Contact & AnalysisAt the earliest possible opportunity we meet with our client face-to-face. During this meeting we perform a detailed analysis of their needs, requirements and their unique environment and desires.-
Proposal & DiscussionOur proposal is presented in a simple and easy-to-understand manner with as much technical detail as befits the project. Our proposal is accompanied with two- or three-dimensional designs, with suggestions for suitable colour and materials. 
EngagementAfter meeting with management, staff and representatives of our client and having visited show suites to demonstrate our products, we begin formal engagement and the project is signed off for commencement.
Supply & FittingOur project managers work with our client's internal teams to finalise agreed delivery timescales. Our solution is delivered to site and installed by qualified and fully trained fitters. Upon your inspection, a final meeting is called to sign-off the project.
Aftercare & SupportIt may take only a few hours, or even several days for our clients to fully bed-in to their new furniture system. We continue to work with our clients to ensure our solution is a perfect fit, today and in the future.
